Question: I read the documentation, and I still don't know what to do. How can I get more help ?

Answer: Every other spring, the NCMI hosts a workshop on single particle reconstruction and post-processing (at least we have for a number of years thru March 2007). This workshop covers all of the basics of performing a CTF corrected single particle reconstruction and analyzing the results, and historically has been free of charge (though you must cover your own travel expenses). Check the NCMI webserverfor more details on the next available workshop.

If you're in a hurry, and the next workshop isn't imminent, just contact sludtke@bcm.edu with your questions (if that fails, you can try stevel@alumni.caltech.edu ). Simple questions can be answered by email or phone, and other arrangements can be made in specific cases where real training is required.
