Processors
To get a current list of Processors, run e2help.py processor or for more detailed information e2help.py processor -v 2.
These are algorithms for masking, filtering and performing other basic image processing operations. They are used in a wide range of different situations, but most often are specified to e2proc2d.py or e2proc3d.py with the –process= option to construct filter chains. The e2filtertool.py program. Provides a mechanism for constructing filter chains and editing them graphically.
The following categories of processor currently exist:

- misc
- normalize
- segment
- testimage
- xform
Each category has many different algorithms.
