Differences between revisions 2 and 3

Hi,

please could you help me to solve the “mystery” with refine2d.py command? Problem is from time to time is running properly and finished with all output files for defined number of iterations.

But more frequently finishes after initial startnrclasses calculation of 10 classes and then stops with the error message segmentation fault. Even after rebooting the machine I am getting this error. I am sure there is no problem with memory issue or dataset size and fact that sometime is working and sometime not getting me crazy.

Any suggestion, please?

PS: my command is: refine2d.py start.hed --iter=8 -I 30

we have EMAN1.8 and python 2.4
