e2runfrealign
This program will take the output from e2refinetofrealign.py and run FreAlign using those input files and parameters. This needs to be run in a frealign_xx directory for it to work properly as it assumes it is being run in the directory containing the output frome2refinetofrealign.py. e2runfrealign will rename and move files as appropriate such that e2refinefromfrealign.py can be run afterwards.
