Q: I am very much interested in trying EMAN2. However, after the installation on Linux system (eman2.nightly.linux64.tar.bz2), and modification of my .cshrc file by adding source /***/EMAN2/eman2.cshrc, it always showed "EMAN2DIR: Undefined variable.". Any suggestions to solve the problem? Thank you.
A: This is a bug in the eman2-installer script for C Shell. I have fixed it today. Next daily release will not have this problem. For this time you can manully execute "setenv EMAN2DIR /***/EMAN2".
