I am very much interested in trying EMAN2. However, after the installation on Linux system (eman2.nightly.linux64.tar.bz2), and modification of my .cshrc file by adding source /***/EMAN2/eman2.cshrc, it always showed "EMAN2DIR: Undefined variable.". Any suggestions to solve the problem? Thank you. Please ask your EMAN2 specific questions here. It is monitored, and one of the EMAN2 developers should post a reply.
